Restricting to Focus will limit your search to only those citations
in which the subject heading is considered the major point of the article. This is a judgement
made by the indexer, who is required to identify the 3 or 4 major topics of the article.
We recommend that you click the focus box to help target your retrieval. If your retrieval is inadequate, remove the focus. In most searches, however, it will help to eliminate less relevant citations and save you time.
