Request for 1) Individual Accounts and 2) User Name & Password Cards

Individual Accounts are required for access to 1) MD Consult Clinical Information System, and 2) MedCases Clinical Simulations. A PIN is required to download the InfoRetriever database to a Pocket PC. Use this form to request these accounts

Record your user names and passwords on a PCOM Digital Library business card-sized listing (request beflow).

Use your PCOM Network user name and password to authenticate via the Library Proxy Server  for access to all other licensed resources. For information on obtaining a Network User ID and password, contact the MIS Department. You may drop by the Student Computer Lab, or contact the MIS Department at 215-871-6110 from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday.
