APA Articles Direct via PsycINFO link. The APA Full-Text Article Database contains the full text of articles from approximately 40 APA journals and selected EPF (Educational Publishing Foundation) journals, most from 1989 to the present. The PsycINFO database links to the fulltext of articles in both APA Articles Direct and Proquest Psychology Journals (over 400 titles).
EBSCOhost Collections include over 1,500 titles in Academic Search Elite (general academic), AltHealth Watch (complementary and alternative medicine), Clinical Reference Systems, EBSCOhost Online, Health Business, Health Source Plus, Psychology and Behavioral Sciences, and USP DI Volume II, Advice for the Patient. Science Direct contains the full text of more than 400 Elsevier Science journals. In addition to the complete Clinical Medicine and Psychology collections, PCOM subscribes to individual titles in the basic sciences. When you connect to Science Direct via the PCOM proxy server, click on "group-wide login" for access to the fulltext of articles. Articles are presented in both HTML and PDF format.

Free Medical Journals.com links to free journals and is searchable alphabetically or by specialty. The site lists English and foreign language titles.
Highwire Press is one of the two largest archives of free full-text science articles (the largest is the NASA Astrophysics Data System). As of May 7, 2001, it contains 247,811 free full-text articles. Current issues are accessible only to subscribers, however, past issues are available free after a variable period of time. For example, the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences are available after one month. EMBO, the Journal of Applied Physiology, the Journal of Biological Chemistry, and Science are available after one year.
Public Library of Science: PLoS Biology launched its first issue on October 13, 2003, in print and online. PLoS Medicine will follow in 2004. Results from searches conducted in PubMed MEDLINE link directly to full-text articles in PubMed Central.
