Dr. Manfrey is Professor and Chair of the Division of Urology in the Department of Surgery at PCOM. He has served on various hospital committees for utilization review, quality assurance and credentialing.

Dr. Manfrey is the founding member and president of Home Health "House Call Doctors" and CEO and president of Urologic Surgery, P.C.

Dr. Manfrey is a Fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons, and a member of the Philadelphia Urologic Society and the American Osteopathic Association. He has postgraduate certification and subspecialty training in laparoscopy, nephrology, pediatric urology, and urologic oncology. Dr. Manfrey received his D.O. from PCOM in 1974 and his Master of Science in 1980.
