Dr. Griffin is Clinical Associate Professor and Associate Residency Program Director in the Division of Dermatology, Department of Internal Medicine. He is a partner in Johnson & Griffin Dermatopathology Associates, PC and a member of the American Association of Cosmetic & Reconstructive Surgery, the International Society for Dermatologic Surgery, and the Pennsylvania Medical Society. Dr. Griffin is a staff physician and dermatology resident supervisor at the Graduate Hospital. He has given field lectures throughout the world, including a talk on "Basic Dermatologic Surgery" at the 1995 Pan-African Dermatologic Conference in Cairo, Egypt, and another on "Pyruvic Acid as a Chemical Peeling Agent" in 1994 for the Societe Esthetique de Medecin de Paris in Paris, France. 

Dr. Griffin earned his M.D. from Jefferson Medical College in 1980. From 1982 to 1988 he was a resident at Temple University Hospital training in anatomic pathology and dermatology at the hospital's Skin & Cancer Center.
