Dr. Bevan is Professor, Chair and Course Director of Rheumatology of the Department of Internal Medicine. He is a member of numerous prestigious professional organizations, including the Academy of Applied Osteopathy, the American College of Physicians and the American Rheumatism Society. He is a past president of the Philadelphia Rheumatism Society and a past vice president of the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the Arthritis Foundation.

Dr. Bevan is affiliated with the Suburban General Hospital and the City Avenue Hospital. He received his D.O. from PCOM in 1969 and completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in rheumatology at Albert Einstein Medical Center.
