General Information:

Students are to report at 8:30 A.M.to Dr. McHugh in the Auditorium on first floor of the hospital for Morning Report and Orientation.  Junior students on the Cardiology service should report on Tuesday at 7:30 A.M. to Dr.McHugh.  Lectures, parking and meal tickets will be addressed at that time. One week prior to the beginning of the clerkship, students should fax at (610) 394-1717 the following information:
                        Copy of immunization records (with titers) and up-to-date PPD
                        Photocopy of Driverīs License
                        Parking fee of $12. check made out to DCMH

Students are required to bring a $20. deposit in the form of a check made out to: DCMH Security Department, for a student ID badge.  Check will be returned upon return of the ID badge. Students are also required to bring a non-refundable parking fee of $12 check only.
