ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Accepting applications for a (12 month) faculty positions starting immediately.
• Applicants should be prepared to teach graduate courses in the 26-month master's degree Physician Assistant Program.
• This position includes teaching and administration in both the academic and clinical phases with additional focus on medical research, information mastery and evidence-based medicine (EBM) components of the PA curriculum
• Other duties will include advising and evaluating the educational performance of PA students.
• This position requires proven written and verbal skills, computer competency, and experience in using instructional technology.
• All faculty members share teaching, publishing, admissions and accreditation responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Board Certified Physician Assistant, graduate degree preferred.
• Familiarity with EBM concepts strongly preferred.
• Candidates must have at least two years of clinical experience Consideration begins immediately and will continue until position is filled.
