Job Title:          Accounts Payable Representative

Department:    Financial Operations 

Location:         4190 City Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19131

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Successful candidate will assist the Accounts Payable Coordinator in processing check requests for PCOM purchases, travel, dues, etc.
  • Will prepare information for computer input, processing checks to disbursed departments and/or invoices; running cash requirement reports in order to regulate college's cash flow; serving as liaison between Purchasing and Storeroom departments; compiling disbursement reports.
  • Will coordinate college's Purchasing Card Program; and functioning as the assistant to a leader of a group.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum requirements are high school diploma or equivalent.

  • Associates degree preferred.

  • Minimum of 3 years previous relevant experience.

  • Must be computer literate and proficient in all Microsoft Software (Word, Excel, and Access).

  • Previous experience with SCT Banner is a strong plus.
