ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, Admissions Department, seeks a part-time Admissions Assistant.This position will assist in expediting college application activities by performing various duties including entering applicant recommendations into the Banner and NOLIJ systems, scanning applicant documents, preparing thank you cards and labels for mailings, responding to routine telephone inquiries from prospective applicants, and opening mail.The Admissions Assistant will also be responsible for providing front desk coverage when necessary. High school diploma or GED equivalent required with a minimum of one year data entry experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word required. Working knowledge of Excel and Access required; knowledge of Banner desired.
