Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
Department: Primary Care
Location: 4170 City Avenue, Evans Hall
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the 3 components: education, research in clinical practice and community outreach, of the Center for Evidence-Based Practice.

Administering Blackboard course sites,
-
Assisting with grading of assignments,
-
Organizing the monthly evidence-based medicine research colloquium,
-
Updating the department webpage.
-
Writing proposals for new research projects,
-
Develop community outreach programs with area schools and healthcare facilities,
-
Coordinating and recruiting PCOM student for participation in the citywide Bridging the Gaps program.
REQUIREMENTS:
-
Bachelors Degree
-
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)
-
Communication and organizational skills
-
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical area, is required
