 Job Title:       Administrative Coordinator

Department:   Primary Care

Location:         4170 City Avenue, Evans Hall

 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

  • Oversee the 3 components: education, research in clinical practice and community outreach, of the Center for Evidence-Based Practice.

  • Administering Blackboard course sites,

  • Assisting with grading of assignments,
  • Organizing the monthly evidence-based medicine research colloquium,

  • Updating the department webpage.

  • Writing proposals for new research projects,

  • Develop community outreach programs with area schools and healthcare facilities,
  • Coordinating and recruiting PCOM student for participation in the citywide Bridging the Gaps program.

REQUIREMENTS:

 

  • Bachelors Degree

  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite)

  • Communication and organizational skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical area, is required
