Job Title: Student Affairs Assistant

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Successful candidate will serve as an assistant to the Student Affairs Coordinator and student support services.
- Assist in developing, coordinating and implementing the delivery of programs and services for the students in the academic programs.
- Will assist with the production of the yearbook; managing and maintaining CourseEval program; coordinating Peer Facilitated Training Session Program; Monitoring monthly calendar events and scheduled programs and communication between the Georgia and Philadelphia student.
- Will assist with college Work-Study program; assisting with the coordination and execution of Graduation, Hospital Days and White Coat Ceremony.
REQUIREMENTS:
- An Associates Degree is required, Bachelor's degree preferred and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in higher education.
- Must have excellent communication and organization skills with computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
