Job Title: Admissions Coordinator/Recruiter

  • Georgia Campus - Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), in the Suwanee, GA area, is seeking qualified individuals for a full-time Admissions Coordinator/Recruiter. The Admissions Coordinator/Recruiter participates in the development of student recruitment strategies and coordinates the admissions process for the Georgia Campus of PCOM for all programs including the Osteopathic Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, Organizational Development and Leadership and Pharmacy.  Some responsibilities include (but not limited to): counsels prospective and current students regarding academic requirements and issues. Assist with coordinating interviews to include the scheduling of interview dates, interviewers and interviewees.  Visit undergraduate colleges to meet with students and premedical/health/pharmacy advisors, and represents the college at career day events throughout the South.  Registers for, attends, and maintains booth space at various National and Regional trade shows, conventions, and conferences.


  • A minimum of three years experience in admissions and/or recruitment preferred.  Preference for candidates with prior non-profit or public professional school recruiting school experience. The minimum level of formal education required for this position is a Bachelor Degree. Applicants need to have valid driver’s license from the State of Georgia. Ability to travel to attend events outlines above.
