Network
Replace existing Storage Area Network (SAN) for our Enterprise Application (Banner)
Implement GroupWise Archiving software
Upgrade GroupWise 6.5 to version 7.0
Consolidate the number of servers in our sever room
Implement ID Management by using Banner as the authoritative database for network account creation
Infrastructure
Replace the outer edge routers in preparation for complete gigabit network
Install Internet access at the Roxborough health center for emergency recovery
Install a backup Internet Router for the main campus
Upgrade the Lancaster Ave health center phone switch
Implement PA/GA WAN Router
Real Time Video to the Desktop:
A number of companies are now providing materials on CBT (computer-based training) modules that use the IP protocol and interactive video. These technologies allow you to attend a training session right at your desktop, where you can proceed at your own pace. This training gives you the "in class" feel of having a personal instructor.
