Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine’s Organizational Development & Leadership
(ODL) program can guide you in this personal and professional transformation. Graduates
of PCOM’s various ODL programs are at the forefront of organizational change and are
making a difference in their workplaces and communities. ODL students and graduates
represent a range of career areas: pharmaceuticals, consulting, health care and health
systems, financial and insurance sectors, government sector, education, non-profit
and faith-based organizations, law and telecommunications.
MS in Organizational Development & Leadership
The Master of Science in Organizational Development & Leadership program prepares
leaders to better understand organizations as dynamic systems. Leaders with ODL experience
and perspective are more successful in achieving their organizational and personal
goals, more effective at leading and influencing successful change and more satisfied

DO/MS Organizational Development & Leadership dual degree program
For students enrolled in the Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree program, the
DO/MS dual degree program provides a core foundation in the theory, principles, ethics,

Certificate of Advanced Graduate Study in Organizational Development & Leadership
The Organizational Development and Leadership CAGS track is an Applied Behavioral
Sciences action learning curriculum designed to enhance the skills and competencies
of leader practitioners as they lead or engage in change in any organization setting.
Students learn how to use themselves (“use of self”) as intentional instruments of
